On March 29, 2008, the skirl of bagpipes were heard once again on the avenues of Historic Church Hill in Richmond, Virginia. The pipes, drums and dancers of the Newport News Police Pipes & Drums descended upon the unsuspecting borough once again for a glorious finish to the St. Patrick's Day season!
